Search Options and Parameters

Search Options

The free text search will search for plant names and cities if you don´t specify with parameters (please see below). Empty spaces will be locigally connected with AND. Symbols like " & % etc. are generally not allowed in the search.

Some examples:
"berlin" - will find all plants which have "berlin" in their plant name and all plants of Berlin
"mit berlin" - will find all plants which have "mit" and "berlin" in their plant name (e.g. "berlinermitsonne") or in a city name (Berlin-Mitte). It would not find a plant with name "mit" located in "berlin" (in this case you need to use search parameters).

Search parameters

PV-Log offers you a whole variety of search paramters to specify your search. This is a very powerful feature.

To use search parameters you always have to follow this scheme:
parameter1:value1 parameter2:value1
If you use more then one parameter they are locigally connected with AND.
